What is Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi?

It is a gentle standing practice that uses slow movement, steady breathing and clear awareness. It helps ease tension, improves posture and balance, and supports a clearer, quieter mind.

Do I need experience?

No. All classes are beginner friendly. The movements are simple to follow and you go at your own pace.
